About the role Join a fabrication team working across workshop and site projects in Brisbane. Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs on crushers, conveyors and heavy plant. 7 days on / 7 days off roster, 12-hour shifts (6 PM – 6 AM). Skills & Experience Trade-qualified Boilermaker Skilled in MIG, TIG and stick welding Experience with structural steel and heavy plate Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Strong safety focus and team attitude Tickets & Licences Current driver’s licence Construction Industry White Card Confined Space & Working at Heights (or willing to obtain) High-risk work licences (forklift, dogging, rigging) are desirable Must have unlimited working rights in Australia Benefits $75/hour flat rate 7:7 roster – 12-hour day shifts (6 PM – 6 AM) Brisbane-based role – not FIFO, home every night on days off Long-term opportunities for the right tradespeople About the company / Culture We are a trusted workforce partner to Australia’s Fabrication, Mechanical and Electrical sectors.
