Introduction Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10 year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26. Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource. The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. Description The role of the Reliability Engineer is to assess the risks that could affect the reliability associated with fixed plant assets. This role is permanent full time, and it is based on site on an 8 days on 6 days off fly in fly out roster. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Data Analysis and Failure Investigation: Monitor equipment performance and analyze failure data to identify trends and root causes. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to determine the underlying reasons for equipment failures. Utilize statistical tools to analyze data and predict potential failures. Maintenance Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation preventive maintenance plans based on reliability analysis and predictive maintenance techniques. Design and execute reliability tests to ensure equipment operates within specifications. Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures. Design and Improvement Initiatives: Participate in new equipment design and selection processes to ensure reliability considerations are incorporated. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability through design modifications or process changes. Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and reliability. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to identify and address reliability issues. Communicate reliability metrics and improvement plans to stakeholders. Provide technical support to maintenance personnel on complex equipment issues.
