Your Role as the Program Manager - MCHSS You’ll deliver empowering and supportive leadership across WMQ’s Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service by: Manage and lead a diverse team including peer workforce, including basic human resource management, training and/or coaching to enhance performance development. Lead, develop, implement and evaluate delivery of the MHCSS program. Build strong and effective relationships with the local mental health sector and key internal and external stakeholders including GC Health and Hospital Service. Ensure implementation is guided by a clinical governance framework in consultation with the Mental Health Services and Program Manager – including risk management processes Undertake funding contract data reporting and monitoring including all required data entry into the specific data platform in preparation for upload into Department of Health Primary Mental Health Care Minimum Dataset. Oversee, record and action any complaints, compliments and feedback received regarding the program, escalating to the Mental Health Services and Practice Manager where required. What We’re Looking For Degree level qualification in human services or other relevant field. Significant experience working in human services at a senior manager level. Demonstrated ability to apply risk management strategies within a program establishment and project-based context. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in order to streamline and manage business and customer needs. Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to facilitate, negotiate and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, with the ability to analyse, problem solve and collaborate a solution with clients and stakeholders. Display empathy, a sense of calm whilst being proactive and responsive when communicating with diverse client groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationships Management systems.
