In this role you will be working onsite/ hybrid at VGA as per typical working arrangements. This is not an IT role and would be suited to candidates with background in HR technology, providing day to day support and maintenance to HRIS and other HR systems related projects. About Your New Role The HR Systems Support will assist day-to-day management of the local HRIS, SuccessFactors including data integrity, system governance, user support and escalation of issues to technical partner while supporting rectification requirements and global HR systems projects. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include Serve as the first point of contact for system-related inquiries from end users and provide timely, effective resolutions Assist with remediation activities to ensure ongoing data integrity within HR systems Administer and maintain SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central module Translate functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications for system configuration and development Conduct functional and regression testing for configuration changes Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides Liaise with external service providers for issue escalation, ticket tracking, and service delivery follow-up Assist with system release cycles, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and post-deployment review Assist with the delivery of HR projects by contributing to key activities as directed Assist with testing, including creating test scenarios, managing defect registers and revalidating Support internal communication, change management and user readiness activities Ensure system configurations and practices support legal and organizational policy requirements About You To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administrator, or related field 2–3 years’ experience in HR systems administration, with demonstrated experience in SAP SuccessFactors preferred, specifically within Employee Central Strong problem-solving and analytical skill Effective verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Basic working knowledge of general HR processes, federal and state-based employment laws desired Our Benefits, Rewards And Recognition Include A culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
