This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation. What you’ll be doing Every day will be different, but your work will include: Helping design, coordinate and review learning programs that inspire and develop our people Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions – face-to-face and online Tracking and reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly Being the go-to person for the L&D team – managing queries and our centralised L&D mailbox What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference.
