In this pivotal role, you'll manage high-volume, high-value, and high-risk property transactions that are critical to EDQ. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex legal matters while providing clear and accurate performance reporting to seniormanagement. Key Responsibilities- Manage complex, high-volume property transactions from start to finish.- Provide expert conveyancing advice and ensure compliance with legislation.- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to achieve seamless outcomes.- Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date contract precedents. What We're Looking For:- Proven expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing.- Strong knowledge of REIQ contracts, PEXA, and Queensland Land Titles Office procedures.- Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
