The Role As Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a leading role in the property and commercial law team, advising on high-value and complex matters. You will: Provide high-level legal advice on property, leasing, and commercial law matters; Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients, delivering timely and pragmatic solutions; Oversee and mentor junior lawyers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes; Contribute to the promotion and positioning of legal services within the broader organisation and client network; and Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver authoritative, business-focused legal support. About You You are an experienced property and commercial lawyer with strong technical expertise and the confidence to manage complex matters independently. In addition, you will demonstrate: Significant post-admission experience in property, leasing and commercial law; Deep knowledge of relevant legislation (such as property, leasing, and land title laws); Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey practical advice clearly; Experience mentoring and overseeing the work of other lawyers; and A collaborative style and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
