Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead nightly audits: balance revenue, process accounts, complete system backups, and prepare financial and occupancy reports. Oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest safety, security, and compliance with fire and liquor laws. Supervise and support the Front Office team, manage rosters, and step in for other departments during the night shift. Ensure accuracy in reservations, guest accounts, and financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Communicate updates clearly to staff, maintain office systems/equipment, and uphold hotel policies and procedures. Provide outstanding guest service, resolving requests efficiently and performing reception duties when needed.
