CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our Services for Seniors portfolio. About the Role As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our Support at Home programs. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive business growth, and ensure service excellence aligned with CatholicCare’s mission and values. You’ll play a key role in shaping our transition into the reformed home care model, identifying market opportunities, and building partnerships that expand our reach and impact. This role can be based out of our Waitara or West Gosford office. Key Accountabilities Strategic Growth & Business Development Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, including service innovation, bundling, and market expansion. Identify and pursue new funding streams, partnerships, and pilot opportunities. Create and oversee tender submissions and contract procurement with a focus on quality and competitiveness. Operational Excellence Ensure services are delivered in line with policy, legislation, and funding requirements. Lead workforce planning, rostering, and budget management to optimise service delivery. Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. Leadership & Culture Build and lead a high-performing, values-driven team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, effciency and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development across the team. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral agents, and external providers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What You Bring Proven experience in business development and strategic leadership within aged care, health, or community services. Understanding of the complex compliance obligations under the HCP model. A growth mindset. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and contracts. Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving cultural change. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in management or a related field. Current Driver’s Licence and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Check). Why CatholicCare?
