Nextt are seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a client living with a spinal cord injury in Mayfield . The client requires full support with all personal care tasks, including bowel care , manual handling , medication support and other daily living supports. Shifts available: 7am - 9am, 7am - 10am and 8pm -10pm. Key Responsibilities: Full personal care including showering, grooming, and toileting Bowel care (training provided if required) Manual handling and transfers (hoist experience preferred) Light domestic assistance Supporting the client’s independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing Pay Rates – SCHADS Award E3.1 (Casual In-Home and SIL): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (ends between 8 PM – midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6 AM, Monday to Friday): $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 All rates are before tax. Requirements: Genuine, caring, and respectful approach Experience with personal care and manual handling Willingness to undertake bowel care training (if not already trained) Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid and CPR certification Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent Why Join Nextt?
