About the Role As Finance and Operations Manager, you’ll oversee finance and operations, working closely with the Executive Officer and supporting the Board and Finance Committee. This includes financial reporting, payroll, audit preparation and continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role also has company secretariat responsibilities such as preparing Board papers, drafting minutes and supporting the AGM cycle. If you don’t have prior experience in this area, that’s not a barrier — you’ll be supported and trained by the CEO to build these skills with confidence.
