Description Reporting to the Treasury & Financial Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal departments to address client queries and payment issues. Prepare monthly AR reports and provide insights to management. Support the finance team with end-of-month processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.
