The Opportunity Base Super Commission Access to Training & Leadership Programs Dedicated and driven, you will lead by example and set the tone for what an incredible customer experience should be. Going above and beyond to achieve goals, you will inspire the team to work at their best. You'll also provide training, support and supervision to ensure focus during busy periods and support with the day-to-day operations of the store. About You You will support, motivate and drive change within your team as you reach high-performing sales targets. Using a collaborative approach as a leader, you will be flexible to changes and work quickly to problem-solve solutions. Your Skills Retail management experience with a customer focus Be a creative thinker and work collaboratively with your team Have a history of successfully selling in dynamic environments Previous tiling or building industry experience is preferred but not essential Why Join Us?
