The Role Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical and maintenance support, troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, drives, and automation systems. Debug, optimise, and maintain automation systems, instrumentation, industrial networks, and sensors. Read and interpret electrical drawings and undertake safe industrial electrical installations (JSEA & SWMS compliant). Support Automation Engineers with projects, system upgrades, and improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability. About You Hold an Electrical Trade qualification (restricted or full licence) and a current driver’s licence. Skilled in PLCs (preferably Rockwell), HMI programming, and commissioning. Experienced with variable speed drives, servo motors, and industrial networks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Committed to safety and following safe work practices. Previous experience troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems in a production or manufacturing environment.
