There is scope to grow into a leadership role as the team continues to expand, with real opportunities to take on project management responsibilities. In this role you will: Deliver civil engineering design for grading, stormwater, pavements, car parks, intersections, roundabouts, and small roads Review junior engineers’ work, provide guidance and mentoring Engage directly with clients, prepare fee proposals, and manage invoicing for projects Apply software such as DRAINS and MUSIC ; HECRAS and Circly experience is a bonus Use Bluebeam for mark-ups and design reviews Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering 6 years’ experience in a civil engineering consultancy delivering land/urban development projects Strong technical knowledge across stormwater, grading, and pavements Experience mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and practical problem-solving Full working rights in Australia Why Apply?
