The Opportunity As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid management process, develop winning strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth and securing new work. Key Responsibilities Lead bid strategy development in alignment with client needs and market trends Oversee proposal development, editing, and final production Conduct competitive analysis and integrate insights into bid positioning Engage with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process Manage bid budgets and ensure timely submission of all documentation Maintain CRM and bid databases for accurate reporting and tracking Conduct post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement Ensure quality assurance across all bid content and outputs What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field Demonstrated experience in bid management within the construction industry Proven success in winning bids for complex construction projects Strong project management, and communication skills Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines Deep understanding of construction industry trends and client expectations Ready to Build Your Future?
