Overview Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific Lifecycle Services leads the profitable and sustainable growth and performance of the Lifecycle business in the Asia Pacific region. The Lifecycle business includes both the Projects and Services business across the Rockwell portfolio. Reporting to the VP/GM, Lifecycle Services - Head of Regions, you will steer the strategy and execution of Lifecycle priorities, managing end-to-end lifecycle needs of customers from pre-sales, projects to maintenance/support. You will manage a P&L of approximately $400 Mn and 700 people. You will oversee the total LCS business P&L, achieve annual revenue, operating earnings, resource use, productivity, customer satisfaction targets, and other goals of each business. You will also drive strategic growth priorities for Lifecycle Services and build relationships with key partners (Sales, Global Engineering and Business Services, Integrated Supply Chain, Portfolio). Responsibilities Work with Global Lifecycle Leaders and Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) to develop and implement annual commercial and delivery strategies (BSR), and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) focused on growth (orders, revenue, growth plans, expenses), investment allocation, market focus, and strategy. Drive market share growth, revenue and orders growth, and profitability. Be accountable for regional orders and revenue performance plus OE across the regional P&L. Evaluate delivery risk and provide commercial support for large projects and contracts. Provide planning discipline to ensure segment growth and implement metrics to monitor and lead goal achievement. Lead a continuous improvement culture based in and across regional capabilities. Manage project, transactional, and contractual offerings. Provide market intelligence on PAM, market share, product positioning, commercial positioning, and competitor information. Offer strategic insights and SME support to the sales organization and partners; participate in joint sales calls, large account presentations, and proposal management/reviews. Lead relationships with critical business partners and foster collaboration with Sales, Global Engineering & Business Services, and other regions. Leadership Attract, develop, and retain talent for the region; oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development; coach teams to build technical, business, and leadership competencies. Ensure collaboration across Global Sales, Business Units, delivery, and the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork. Develop relationships with strategic customers and promote growth opportunities for Rockwell Automation solutions and services; close strategic orders. The Essentials - You Will Have Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering/Technology, or relevant equivalent experience. 15 years of business management experience, preferably in automation, with at least 10 years managing a large P&L and a large team. The Preferred - You Might Also Have Strategic leadership and balanced with sustainable performance management. Collaborative, able to manage matrix reporting teams and multiple partners. Change leadership and culture transformation experience. Experience managing geographically dispersed teams. Expertise in P&L management and general accounting principles. Customer-focused, innovation-driven, and capable of delivering value and sustainable growth. Go-to-market and channel management experience; ability to manage large projects and contracts. Credibility with internal stakeholders and partners; understanding of services and solutions portfolio. Experience across diverse industries such as Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Auto & Tire, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper.
