As Director, Workforce Strategy and Planning, you will: Lead the development and implementation of workforce strategy, aligning capability with long-term organisational goals. Provide expert advice and data-driven insights to executive decision-makers. Oversee workforce analytics, reporting, and the development of dashboards and forecasting models. Collaborate with HR teams and business areas to design and deliver strategic and operational workforce plans. Guide recruitment reviews, classification assessments, and talent management initiatives. We’re looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, analytics, and organisational change. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation. Proven knowledge of public sector HR frameworks and workforce governance.
