Our Change Management team plays a critical role in enabling business transformation by supporting portfolios to maximise efficiency, drive business readiness, and ensure the realisation of strategic benefits. We’re now seeking a Change Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role will design and deliver strategic change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption across stakeholders and embedding sustainable ways of working. 12 months Fixed term contract role Location Flexible - Based in Parramatta or Melbourne CBD In this role you will be accountable to: Establish and maintain a robust change management capability aligned to project delivery. Develop and deliver change management artefacts tailored to varied levels of business impact. Partner with stakeholders to assess impacts, design communication plans, and embed business readiness. Create and facilitate communication and training programs that engage stakeholders effectively. Track, measure, and report on change outcomes and benefit realisation. Engage business readiness to help manage and deliver the change management program within agreed timelines and to help measure success Provide regular updates to the Portfolio Manager and support prioritisation of the change pipeline. Reporting – provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe Represent MUFG Retirement solutions business in client, external, and industry forums with professionalism and credibility. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, and high performance. What you'll bring to be sucessful in the role: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments. Previous experience gained across Data Compliance / Regulatory Awareness would be advantageous: (relevant data protection laws and regulations (e.g., APRA CPS230, APPs, GDPR, CCPA, etc). Strong background in delivering benefit realisation strategies. Skilled in applying change delivery approaches across agile and waterfall projects. Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail. Commercially minded, risk aware, and outcomes focused. High motivation, initiative, and a proactive approach to driving results. Knowledge of company’s core services or the financial services sector is highly regarded.
