What you’ll be doing We’re looking for an Ancillary Product & Strategy Lead to help shape the future of our product portfolio. This role is all about driving long-term growth through smart strategy, sharp insights, and bold ideas. You’ll lead the development of our 3-year product strategy and roadmap, dive deep into performance data, and partner with teams across the business to bring new propositions to life. You’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions that impact millions of guests. From budgeting and forecasting to proposition evolution and BAU product management, you’ll help us deliver products that guests love – and that make a real difference to our bottom line. You’ll be great in this role if you… You’re a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for data. You’ve got experience in consulting or commercial analytics, and you know how to turn complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations. You’re confident working with ambiguity, and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’re also a natural communicator – someone who can influence at all levels and bring people on the journey. You care about doing things the right way, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
