About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance our customer and team experience. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data between our loyalty, CRM, and automation platforms, ensuring seamless digital campaigns and automation. This is a hybrid role and both applicable to Melbourne or Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Map and optimise trade and retail customer journeys across all digital platforms. Data management. Produce actionable insights and reports for continuous improvement. Develop and manage digital campaigns across multiple brands. Maintain and improve automated digital tracks and workflows. Implement A/B testing to refine campaign strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive an omni-channel campaign approach. Support CRM projects, documentation, and digital activations. Provide training and support for internal teams on digital tools and platforms. Ensure compliance with OH&S and company policies. We’re looking for someone who has: Proven experience in campaign management and digital automation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve customer engagement. Ability to prioritise tasks based on value, effort, and risk. A keen eye for detail with a results-driven approach. Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Role Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a similar role. Full working rights in Australia. Experience in digital automation, data management, and customer journey mapping.
