You will be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships by understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth project delivery. You'll communicate clearly, address any concerns, and help keep everything on track from start to finish. You'll be involved in all parts of the project process, from estimates and timelines to managing feedback and stakeholder updates. While you'll work alongside the account director on bigger projects, you'll also take ownership of smaller ones, making sure they run smoothly and meet client goals. This includes setting up meetings, refining briefs, and preparing for client workshops to make sure everything is well-organised and productive. You'll also support the creative side of projects, focusing on branding, design, and packaging. Working closely with design teams, you'll help develop concepts that match the client's vision and ensure everything stays consistent across all deliverables. You'll also manage conversations with suppliers and retailers, making sure production runs smoothly and meets quality standards. On the financial side, you'll help track budgets, manage any changes in project scope, and handle basic financial tasks like invoicing and forecasting. You'll also support new business efforts by helping with proposals and spotting opportunities to grow client relationships.
