WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As a performance manager you will bring your strong experience in paid search and paid social to take lead in the implementation and strategy creation of each campaign. You will be involved in regular reporting of all the results and tracking the performance of each campaign. You will also be involved in providing insightful recommendations and present these back to clients. As part of this position you will take a lead in managing the budgets for each campaign and deciding where the budget should be allocated. Strategy creation and data driven decision making is a key requirement of this role. We are looking for a manager to bring their proven experience and ability to demonstrate high quality strategy creation and to be able to articulate this in client meetings! As a paid media manager you will work across multiple large clients and run with your own clients taking lead in the campaign strategy and execution and reporting back results to clients. This is a very client facing position so you will bring your confidence and great communication skills to articulate results and offer insightful recommendations accordingly. Previous team managerial experience is a requirement for this role. We are looking for an existing manager to lead our team and can show a genuine interest in an individuals career growth and be able to mentor and nurture staff!
