Description Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology projects. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies. Create and deliver training programs and communications to support change initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities. Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase of technology changes. Prepare regular reports and updates for project leaders and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices. Profile A successful Technology Change Manager should have: Previous experience in managing technology-driven change initiatives. A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a retail or similar environment. Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering presentations.
