What You'll Do Partner closely with the General Manager - Marketing & Creative to plan priorities, streamline processes, and keep the team aligned. Lead end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept and scheduling to optimisation and reporting. Oversee paid media budgets and performance, ensuring maximum ROI across Google Ads and Meta. Guide cross-departmental marketing briefs and coordinate resources to meet tight deadlines. Develop and publish content for social, web, EDMs, and event promotions to grow engagement and membership. Monitor analytics and translate insights into clear recommendations for continual improvement. Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture by supporting workflow, approvals, and communication. Introduce innovative tools and trends, including AI solutions to enhance creativity and efficiency. Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking marketing input or project updates. Support the team during key events and campaigns, occasionally including evenings or weekends. What You'll Bring Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business. 4–5 years’ experience in marketing coordination or similar. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics. Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Confident communicator, skilled at liaising with stakeholders and suppliers. Willingness to work the occasional evening or weekend work for events or game days.
