We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and platforms while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. About the Role As our Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll: Coordinate and support national and site-level marketing campaigns Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, posters, and internal communications Manage updates to marketing assets and assist with design tasks in InDesign and PowerPoint Liaise with suppliers for print, promotional items, and event logistics Support our care homes with resident newsletters, recognition emails, and milestone celebrations Assist with events and expos, including preparation and coordination Maintain internal systems, shared drives, and digital asset libraries Provide day-to-day support across the marketing team, helping to triage and coordinate requests About You We’re looking for someone who brings: A Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or similar (completed or in progress) 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing support or coordination role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Vision6 (or similar platforms) Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a genuine love for creative problem solving Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a related industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
