On behalf of Total Lining Systems (TLS), a leading Australian provider of engineered geosynthetic solutions, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations.The role will manage procurement, inventory, transport, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials for large-scale infrastructure, mining, and environmental projects. Working closely with suppliers and project teams, the Logistics Manager will optimise processes, strengthen vendor relationships, and support efficient project execution.We are looking for a candidate with proven expertise in logistics and supply chain management, strong leadership skills, and experience in construction or engineering project environments. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Manage the end-to-end supply chain for geosynthetic products, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels for project requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, meet project deadlines, and reduce costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers. Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure the availability of materials in line with project schedules. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable terms. Monitor and report on supply chain performance, addressing delays, shortages, or quality issues. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all logistics and distribution activities. Lead, train, and support the logistics and distribution team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline (or a minimum of five years' relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications). At least 1 year of proven experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and distribution - preferably in construction, engineering, or large-scale project environments. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management Excellent leadership and team management Strong negotiation and communication Proficiency in supply chain management software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines across multiple projects Knowledge of geosynthetic systems and materials is highly Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
