In this newly created role, the HR Administrator provides essential support to the HR Business Partner across all employee-related administration, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist to help venues meet headcount targets and ensure new team members are seamlessly onboarded. Key Responsibilities will include: Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment process (e.g. shortlisting, scheduling interviews, post interview process, contract generation) Working across the HRIS and recruitment software Tracking visas, certificates, license and other compliance Generating reports for HRBP, turnover, absenteeism, training etc Complete and follow up with new employees regarding onboarding process Manage the Manly HR inbox and respond to enquiries in a helpful, professional and timely manner Administration of internal employment changes, including changes, promotions & transfers and offboarding Ensure employment records are kept up to date and accurate in HumanforceHR Assist in the coordination of team member engagement events Keep the employee noticeboards/Facebook page updated with current information regarding recruitment etc. Undertake additional reasonable duties as requested What we’re looking for: Currently studying towards, or holding, a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable) Strong computer literacy with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident manner Why Work for Us? 50% team discount precinct wide Development opportunities/career pathways Wellbeing initiatives including team yoga, run club and access to independent confidential counselling services Team recognition rewards Extra week of annual leave after 5 years of service A collaborative and inclusive work culture, where your contributions truly matter.
