The Finance Systems Lead is a senior-level role responsible for the strategy, operational finance, design, optimization, and delivery of Finance systems solutions that enable transformation across Warehouse, Operations, Accounting and Finance functions. This position serves as a subject-matter expert on Warehouse/ Finance systems, driving automation, reducing manual work, and ensuring alignment with in the organization’s t ransformation goals. The role leads complex initiatives, partners with senior stakeholders, and provides expert-level guidance to developers and project teams. Key responsibilities may include: Serve as subject-matter expert for Warehouse/Operations/ Finance systems strategy, roadmap, and solution design. Lead large-scale system initiatives including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and automation projects. Analyze Finance and Accounting processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and effective technical solutions. Implement new programs in Warehouse inventory system. Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and developer/project teams to deliver system enhancements that meet business priorities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring data integrity and effective controls. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for system changes and enhancements. At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting; manufacturing environment a plus; experience. Proven track record of leading large-scale systems implementations, upgrades, or automation projects. Understanding of inventory control Deep expertise in ERP/EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and Finance processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and best practices.
