As a Real Time Analyst you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective short-term staff allocation and coordination by managing and monitoring activities in real time. The role supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of activities to meet SLAs within the Member Services contact centre Day to day, you'll: Ensure rosters accurately cover the Contact Centre span of hours in line with business requirements. Proactively monitor all multi-channels, ensuring actions are taken to achieve target metrics (SLAs) both ongoing and in response to volume spikes. Analyse data and provide reports to stakeholders with recommendations that identify business opportunities, emerging trends, continuous improvement, and anomalies. Provide sound advice and financial recommendations to the Member Services Leadership Team to ensure minimal impact on performance and budget. This role is permanent opportunity.
