Essential Criteria: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) Minimum 12 months’ practical Residential Aged Care experience post-registration (with medication endorsement) Sound clinical knowledge and aged care experience Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Confidence with smartphones/tablets and new digital systems Flexibility to work across a rotating roster Two recent managerial/supervisory referees Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered/insured vehicle Why Join McLean Care?
