Work in a supportive team committed to excellence. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated HSE & Compliance Officer to join our team at our New Chum, Ipswich depot. This role provides an exciting opportunity to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. Duties Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies. Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments & compliance checks. Support incident reporting and investigation processes. Prepare HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders. Contribute to the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs. About You Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum). Minimum 3 years' experience in a safety or environmental sustainability role. ICAM Incident Investigation qualifications (desirable). Drivers Licence (essential). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to participate in open consultation. High attention to detail and accuracy.
