Overview NSW Department of Education educates and inspires lifelong learners – from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training. Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4 with base salary ranges from $84,659 to $92,701 per annum, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. About The Role The HR Officer is responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of HR transactional services, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. The role supports informed decision-making by providing comprehensive reporting and utilising advanced technology to drive continuous improvement. Roles are based in the Ed Connect, Shared Services HR team. The successful candidates will be required to attend the office full-time for the first three months for training requirements. After that period, an option to work 40% from home. Start and finish times range from 7:30am to 6pm as per the flexible work policy.
