Overview We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for the CBD office and a Team Leader for the Morningside office at Synergie Australia. Synergie Australia is a leading recruitment company servicing both large and small employers across a wide range of industries as part of a global workforce solutions team. What you’ll do Recruitment Consultant (CBD): new business development and growing existing client accounts, building long-term client relationships, sourcing suitable candidates for all jobs through a variety of platforms, and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates through candidate care initiatives. Team Leader (Morningside): lead a small blue-collar labour hire team, drive culture and people leadership, engage in new business development and grow existing client accounts, manage end-to-end recruitment, and take on financial responsibility with potential P&L ownership.
