What You’ll Do / Responsibilities We have an opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect for a maximum period of 6 months to support a multi-year Defence program in delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System to improve clinical decision-making for the ADF. Analyse functional and non-functional requirements for Health Care systems integration of Patient Care, Allied Health, Dental Care, Dispensing, Telemedicine and other specialist Health Care disciplines. Collaborate with the design team, including the Solution Lead, Systems Engineers, and Integration Developers in the delivery of the Health Knowledge Management System. Produce solution design artefacts including Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and API schemas to support Health Care systems integration. Support System Engineers to implement design artefacts and participate in change review boards. Provide architecture guidance and support to System Engineers and Integration Developers, including support for verification and validation activities. What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture, with a strong background in designing complex integrated solutions. Strong knowledge of health data protocols (HL7v2, FHIR) and data formats (JSON, XML). Proven background in systems integration and API development. Skilled in producing high-quality technical documentation. Degree in engineering/ICT (or equivalent); TOGAF 9 and ITIL v3 certifications desirable.
