Experience understanding of procurement processes, funding structures, and authorising environments is highly desirable. It oversees a wide range of functions including service delivery, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and community engagement. Description Lead the discovery phase of a Salesforce CRM implementation, ensuring clear scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and readiness for delivery. Facilitate workshops and consultations with senior stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points, and future-state requirements. Navigate government procurement processes, funding approvals, and authorising environments to ensure project compliance and momentum. Develop and maintain project artefacts including scope documents, risk registers, timelines, and governance frameworks. Profile Proven experience delivering end to end Salesforce CRM projects, ideally within government or similarly complex environments. Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to drive accountability and performance under tight delivery schedules. Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including executives and steering committees. Solid understanding of government procurement, funding models, and authorising environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
