With a wide range of support to get you going and confident with your duties, you'll enjoy the following tasks;- Training and supporting a team of 6-12 workshop technicians. Working on branch budgeting and improving productivity to ensure the branch operates smoothly. Helping customers with questions, queries or complaints. Your value and experience You will have come from a diesel mechanical background, ideally qualified on mobile plant equipment. Previous experience working in a leadership role is also necessary to excel in this role.
