We are currently recruiting for 3 experienced and qualified Welders/Metal Fabricators to join our manufacturing team in Pakenham VIC. What we do: Steel railings Stainless Steel constructions Glass Balustrades The successful Candidate will need to undertake and possess: Ability to read and interpret drawing to a high standard and recognising welding specifications and method and sequence of operations Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering Aligning parts and joining metal sections using hand tools and measuring instruments utilising various techniques, bolting and riveting Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision Finishing products by cleaning, smoothing, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions Skills & Attributes: At least 3 years’ experience as a welder or related trade Cert III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent Proficiency in MIG, Arc and Flux core welding Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience Full-time Positions available Applications open on 10th September of 2025 and closes on 10th October of 2025.
