High Voltage Electrician - Cable Jointing Specialist Location: Central Brisbane Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: $50-$57 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role We're seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrician to join our team in a permanent role, based in central Brisbane. You'll be working on high voltage electrical works, with a strong focus on cable jointing. This is a hands-on role where quality, safety, and technical proficiency are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform high voltage cable jointing and terminations to a high standard Install, maintain, and repair high voltage cable systems Troubleshoot issues in high voltage networks Read and interpret electrical diagrams, cable layouts, and technical specifications Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and best industry practices Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate records of tasks, inspections, and any defects or reworks required Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in high voltage cable jointing and terminations Strong understanding of HV electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulations Relevant electrical qualifications and licences Ability to read electrical schematics and work autonomously Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team What's Offered Permanent employment with ongoing work A competitive hourly rate of $50-$57 (depending on your level of experience) Opportunity to start immediately Central Brisbane location How to Apply Contact Tom on 0428 767 697 or email your CV to tolsen@marble.com.au to apply or learn more.
