What will I be doing? Your role will see you focus on the needs of employers in the local labour market including: Build strong, ongoing relationships with local employers to understand skill shortages, recruitment needs, and workforce priorities Co-design pre-employment pathways with employers that prepare participants for specific roles, industries, and emerging opportunities. Work with RTOs, community organisations and industry groups to co-deliver responsive training and employment solutions Motivate participants to actively engage in education, accredited training, and work preparation activities. Who are you? Skills and experience we are looking for include: Experience within Employment Services (highly advantageous) Demonstrated results in supporting and coaching a high performing team Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills Account management experience Time management and IT systems capabilities A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
