We are a specialist recruitment agency focused on the skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar recruitment, predominately in trades. About the Role We are seeking to appoint an Operations Manager , for the day-to-day supervision, coaching and leadership of our Sydney team. Directly reporting to the General Manager – Sales, you will act as a coordinator and mentor to inspire and influence a team of recruitment consultants. In your capacity, you will provide advice, recruitment expertise, marketing guidance and hands-on training to ensure the highest level of consultant practice and development. Key Responsibilities Supporting RPR Trades financial, growth and performance objectives. Driving team performance through meeting KPI’s, milestones and targets Delivering on your superior levels of customer service and industry expertise. Coaching and leading your direct reports in how to achieve the required level of professional excellence. Actively participating in the RPR Trades Leadership team to support strategic and operational goals. Driving and inspiring your team to conduct activities and build relationships that brand them as knowledge conduits and thought leaders. About You 2 years of working in a Team Leader or Management role. Must have a recruitment background with a proven ability to drive teams and deliver individual outcomes Lead by example, influence and encourage others to take responsibility for their behaviours and actions. Live by the RPR Trades Values when working with peers, managers, candidates and clients. Through your team, take responsibility for the attainment of RPR Trades corporate goals. Sponsor and develop others to reinforce a highly attractive, sustainable, and supportive workplace culture and environment.
