The Opportunity In this BDM role, you will be at the forefront of tapping into the market to build upon the existing Cm3 portfolio while supporting to deliver on a compelling customer offer and value add approach. With a strong focus on Work, Health & Safety (WHS), contractor and risk management, you will identify opportunities to convert leads with your proactive approach. Tasks of the role: Identify opportunities for business growth to convert leads within the defined market Implement activities based on Cm3 strategy and monitor progress Proactively approach and build relationships with existing and potential customers Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with clients as required Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets Support at a local level relevant planned marketing and technical campaigns Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs Some of the skills required: 5 years’ experience in a BDM or Sales role An understanding of SaaS platforms Proactive and ambitious mindset to build upon existing presence Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers at all levels (Senior Leaders to C Suite) A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers Understanding of WHS/Risk Management principles, and familiar with Contractor Management processes High level written and verbal communication A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based in Southbank. Given the nature of this role there will be the requirement to travel to deliver project outcomes.
