By providing executive support, the ESO will add value through diary and schedule management and organising priority requests on a daily basis. Supporting high-level meetings at short notice and preparing administrative documentation are key responsibilities for the role. The ESO is an important liaison and representative for this office therefore will involve fostering and building highly effective working relationships both internally and externally. Establish priorities and evaluate requests for appointments, engagements and organise all scheduling effectively and in a timely manner. Confident in meeting deadlines and working with others to assist in delivery. Communicate Effectively: High level written and verbal skills to support the senior executive and finalise issues on behalf of the Deputy Secretary. Extensive support for key meetings and committees and ensuring all communication is timely, clear and of high quality. I nfluence and Negotiate: Build effective and valuable relationships internally and externally and act as the primary liaison for the Deputy Secretary with government departments, non-government organisations and other external agencies We value diverse experiences.
