The Commission is responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of greyhounds, safeguarding the integrity of greyhound racing and betting, and maintaining public confidence in the greyhound racing industry. The Manager, Customer Experience, Systems and Strategy is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our core business systems, with a key focus on our e-Trac platform. In this role, you will oversee the full system lifecycle, from design and development to change management, ensuring everything is compliant with critical frameworks for cybersecurity, data governance, and records management. You will be responsible for: Leading the development and delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Driving the implementation of cybersecurity policies, ensuring our data is secure and compliant with government requirements. Leading system-related change initiatives, developing plans, impact analyses, and training materials to ensure a smooth transition for all users. Managing complex relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from industry participants to internal teams, ensuring they're engaged and that project deliverables are met. Providing ongoing technical and expert advice to various business units, assisting with reporting and troubleshooting. About You You are a seasoned professional with extensive project management and business systems experience. Your ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with operational support will be key to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of strategically and operationally managing complex systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design and development to ongoing support. A strong background in applying critical frameworks for cybersecurity, data governance, and records management is essential to ensure compliance and business continuity.
