About the Role As a Front Desk Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, creating a welcoming environment while keeping the site running smoothly through high-quality administrative support. In this role, you will: Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Manage reception duties, coordinate client and therapist schedules and resource management Provide efficient administrative support including document preparation, and coordination of training Support site safety, maintenance activities, and workshop/event setup Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Hindmarsh office. Working days are Monday – Friday, applicants will need to be available to work between the hours of 0800-1730 with alternate start times required. Please note: the official job title of this position is Customer Experience Officer. Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience You’ll bring a strong mix of customer service expertise, administrative capability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using client management systems A friendly, professional phone manner and the ability to handle enquiries with empathy and efficiency The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A Certificate in Business Administration or similar (desirable but not essential) A current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check will be required before commencement We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
