About the Role We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist - Reliever to work across our Southern Region Clinics . As the welcoming face of our clinics, you’ll provide exceptional service to patients and visitors in a fast-paced medical environment. This role offers variety, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM , and the chance to support multiple locations including Blackwood, Morphett Vale, Mt Barker, Noarlunga, Christies Beach, and Edwardstown . Flexibility and travel across sites are key, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team. Rosters will be completed 4 weeks in advance. Comprehensive Training to Kickstart Your Career Get set for success with our five-week, full-time training program at Hampstead Gardens. We’ll give you the skills, confidence, and support you need to shine. What You’ll Do: Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound) Deliver outstanding patient care & service Support referrers and medical professionals with queries Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts What We’re Looking For: A people-first attitude with strong customer service skills Great communication, detail focus & multitasking ability A positive, team-oriented approach Medical admin knowledge a bonus – but not essential Customer service experience required Proven ability to work under pressure A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required) Customer service experience is a must Why Join Us?
