Our Why? Humanforce’s vision is to make work easier and life better for frontline and flexible workforces. Humanforce provides the market-leading, all-in-one human capital management (HCM) suite for frontline and flexible workforces, without compromise. Our employee-centered, intelligent, and compliant HCM suite is highly integrated and composable, consisting of Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Talent, Payroll, and Wellbeing. Humanforce has grown rapidly through four strategic acquisitions, bringing together world-class products and teams. With this growth, we’re strengthening our engineering leadership by investing in domain-specific expertise. We’re excited to introduce three specialised Head of Engineering roles, each dedicated to a core product domain. This structure enables deep technical leadership, champions modernisation, and drives innovation, while empowering teams to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale. For Worker Experience, this means leading the engineering for our Benefits, Rewards and Recognition platforms, as well as our next-generation mobile applications. It is about shaping the worker experience roadmap, enabling seamless customer transitions, and creating intuitive, high-performing solutions that empower frontline employees in their daily work.
