We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader for the Head of Learning, Leadership & Professional Development role. As part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a pivotal position that will shape learning experiences, leadership pathways and professional development initiatives across our diverse workforce. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of learning and professional development strategies that build capability across the organisation. Partner with leaders to diagnose learning needs and design impactful programs, frameworks and pathways. Drive leadership capability through innovative learning initiatives, coaching, and development programs. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), annual learning catalogue, and blended learning solutions. Ensure learning is inclusive and fit-for-purpose, meeting the needs of our Supported Employees, frontline teams, and leaders. Collaborate with teams across People & Wellbeing to align strategies in capability, culture, diversity and inclusion. Deliver high-quality governance, reporting and evaluation on learning effectiveness and return on investment. Lead and inspire a team of Learning Specialists and Digital Content Creators to achieve outcomes and foster innovation. About you You are a strategic, people-focused leader with a proven record in driving organisational capability. You bring: Demonstrated success in leading Learning & Organisational Development functions in complex, service-focused organisations. Strong ability to design and deliver contemporary, learner-centric programs that lift performance and leadership impact. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage senior leaders and partners. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Expertise in project management, program evaluation, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
