Your new role: Based at our Kingsgrove Packaging Factory and Head Office, the Business Unit Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Scope’s Packaging Solutions site while enabling Scope's Supported Employees to contribute to large projects with some of Australia’s leading brands. Manage packaging and labelling contracts for corporate customers while creating ongoing meaningful employment for people with a disability. Provide leadership and support to staff and supported employees, fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. Deliver high-quality packaging and labelling services for corporate customers, showcasing the capability of supported employees. Oversee budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, community partners, and internal teams to support the long-term success of Scope.
