You’ll manage purchasing, planning and inbound logistics with support from the COO and collaboration across sales, production, quality and warehouse. We’re centralising and strengthening supply chain functions to support growth. You’ll play a key part in: Managing day-to-day procurement, planning and inbound freight Coaching and supporting a capable team (team leader/supervisory experience welcomed) Building positive relationships across departments — especially supply and sales — to align priorities and resolve challenges Supporting improvements in planning, forecasting and supplier management Helping transition procurement ownership from the MD with structured support Contributing to weekly planning and operational discussions This is not about big-picture strategy from afar — it’s about leading from the front, building trust, and helping teams see new ways of working together. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with strong supply chain foundations and the drive to grow into a bigger role. Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business (preferred but not essential) Solid experience in supply chain, procurement or planning (FMCG background a plus) People leadership experience (team leader, supervisor or early manager level) A collaborative style that builds bridges across departments Strong systems knowledge and problem-solving ability Calm, practical decision-making and good communication skills Most importantly, you’ll be someone who leads with a positive mindset, supports your team, and champions healthy cross-functional relationships.
